“Así Vamos: Citizen perception survey” is an important tool that reflects the priorities, attitudes, and evaluations of citizens on different public issues in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. It is published annually and it’s available in both digital and printed format.

The core data collected in the 2023 edition is transformed into meaningful insights that feed into the statistical surveys on on eight topics: Economy and work, education, health, environment, mobility, urban development, security, and government. These are summarized and visualized in key Infographics six months before the presidential elections.

Como Vamos Nuevo Leon (CVNL) engages and sparks discussions with citizens, aiming to be the catalyst for social change and trigger a "Domino Effect." This concept refers to an action that sets in motion a chain of positive collateral reactions.

The infographic material we originally designed showcases the "Domino Effect" concept as a form of cause-and- effect journalistic storytelling. It facilitates an intuitive and digestible exploration of complex content through the gradual unfolding of information.

Combining infographics with carefully coordinated iconography, visual symbols and concise texts, the eight key themes are presented in a timely and accessible manner for a wide audience with a timeless visual appeal. The design is not intended to provoke, but rather to inform.
